Applying for a new connection requires the following, after which a standard connection fee and a bill security deposit (refundable) apply.

Timeline: 3 working days for meter connection once the customer pays the security deposit.
Our guarantee: for unexplained delays beyond 3 working days, RUJWASCO refunds 5% of the labour cost to the customer for each day of delay.
