Keeping pipes, valves, meters and treatment works in good repair.
Routine maintenance — meter servicing, valve checks and treatment plant upkeep — is scheduled to minimise disruption. Where planned works will interrupt supply, RUJWASCO issues advance notice through our website, social media and, where possible, direct communication to affected customers.
Emergencies — burst mains and major leaks — are handled through our fault-reporting channels with a target response of 2 working days for repairs once reported, and a written apology where a delay is unexplained.
